Payment methods
- Online by bank card
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- By bank transfer
- Bank installments. The decision on approval, credit limit, interest rate, fees, schedule, and other terms is made by the relevant bank or financial institution. Qure is not a lender and does not change the terms of the financing agreement between the buyer and the bank.
- and other methods displayed at checkout
All prices are stated in GEL and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. The cost of delivery and other mandatory additional charges are displayed before the order is finally placed. Payments are processed by TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, and other connected providers.
The price is set in GEL. If the payment instrument is denominated in another currency, the conversion, exchange rate, and any fees may be determined by the issuing bank or the payment system. Qure does not set or control such exchange rate or fees.
A temporary hold on an amount does not always mean that Qure has finally received the payment. An order is deemed paid once the payment system has confirmed the successful transaction in the manner it provides for. If the website shows an unsuccessful payment while the bank shows a charge or a hold, Qure checks the status with the provider. If Qure has not received the payment and there is only a bank hold, the time for its release is determined by the bank or the payment system.
- Placing an order and successful authorization of the payment do not in themselves mean confirmation that the goods are available or acceptance of the order for performance.
- An automatic notification of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order, if this clearly follows from its content.
- The contract is deemed concluded from the moment Qure confirms acceptance of the order for performance, unless an earlier moment follows from the law, the checkout procedure, or the content of the confirmation.
If payment has been made but the order cannot be accepted for performance due to the unavailability of the goods, a confirmed technical error, or another reason provided for by law, Qure refunds the amount subject to refund through the relevant payment channel.
Delivery is carried out within Georgia. Restrictions are communicated before the order is placed.
Cost
- Tbilisi: 5 GEL;
- Other regions of Georgia: 8 GEL;
- Free delivery on orders of 100 GEL or more, if the offer is in effect. The final cost is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
- Tbilisi: 1–2 business days;
- Other regions of Georgia: 2–4 business days.
- Unless a different time frame has been agreed, Qure delivers without undue delay and no later than the maximum period established by law.
In the event of a significant delay, Qure takes reasonable measures to clarify the status and inform the buyer. If the delivery obligation is not performed within the agreed or statutory period, the buyer's rights provided for by law apply.
If delivery is carried out by a carrier engaged or offered by Qure, handing the order over to the carrier does not mean the transfer of risk to the buyer and does not terminate Qure's liability to the buyer. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes only from the moment the goods are actually received by the buyer or by a third party designated by the buyer who is not the carrier.
If, in the course of such delivery, the goods are lost or damaged or another problem arises, the buyer contacts Qure directly. Qure considers the inquiry and settles matters with the carrier itself. Qure does not shift to the buyer the obligation to bring a claim against the carrier on their own as a condition for exercising the buyer's rights against Qure.
If the buyer has independently engaged a carrier that Qure did not offer, the transfer of risk is determined by law.
Upon receipt, it is recommended to check the external condition of the shipping packaging. The absence of a record of damage does not in itself result in the loss of mandatory rights.
If delivery fails due to an error in the address, the absence of the recipient, or the impossibility of contacting the recipient, the order may be returned to Qure. In cases permitted by law, the buyer may bear the actual and reasonable additional costs of redelivery, provided that they have been properly disclosed.
- If tracking shows the order as delivered but the buyer has not received it, the buyer contacts Qure, which checks the circumstances with the carrier. If the risk has not yet passed to the buyer, the matter is resolved by Qure in accordance with the contract and the law.
- If the goods are damaged or lost before the transfer of risk, Qure is liable to the buyer within the limits of the law and settles claims against the carrier itself. A dispute between Qure and the carrier is not a ground for suspending the buyer's mandatory rights indefinitely.
Refunds are made in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy. As a general rule, the same payment method is used, unless the buyer has agreed to a different method at no additional cost. Qure does not reduce the mandatory refund amount by its own acquiring or payment provider fee, unless this is permitted by law.
For payments made with a foreign card, Qure initiates the refund through the relevant payment channel in the amount and currency of the transaction that are subject to refund by Qure. The amount shown by the bank in the account currency may differ due to the conversion rate. To the extent permitted by law, Qure does not compensate for any exchange rate difference or fee arising solely from the terms of the bank, the issuer, or the payment system.
Qure performs its refund obligation within the period established by law. Once the refund has been correctly initiated, the technical time it takes for the funds to be displayed may depend on banks and payment systems; Qure does not guarantee a specific date on which the bank will display the funds after the refund has been properly initiated.
