Terms of Use and Sale
Last updated: 05.10.2026
These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of the Qure online store, the creation and use of a personal account, the placing of and payment for orders, the purchase of goods, and other relations between Qure and users of the website.
Before placing an order, the user must read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the "Delivery and Payment" document, and the Returns and Refunds Policy. By confirming an order through the corresponding element of the website interface, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and confirms having read the said documents.
Consent to the processing of personal data in cases where the law specifically requires consent, including consent to direct marketing, is requested separately and is not deemed to have been given merely by virtue of accepting these Terms or placing an order.
These Terms apply subject to the mandatory requirements of the legislation of Georgia. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement of the parties.

02. Definitions
Website means the official Qure online store. User means a natural person who uses the website. Buyer means a natural person who purchases goods primarily for personal purposes not related to business or professional activity. Goods means the products offered for sale by Qure. Order means a request, submitted through the website, to purchase the selected goods. Contract means a distance sales contract between Qure and the buyer in respect of a specific order.
03. Documents governing the purchase
Relations between Qure and the buyer are governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the "Delivery and Payment" document, the Returns and Refunds Policy, the information on the specific goods, their price and main characteristics provided before the order is placed, and the terms of a specific promotion, where applicable. Pre-contractual information which by law becomes part of the contract may be changed only in the manner permitted by law.
04. Use of the website and personal account
The user must use the website lawfully, provide accurate data, and keep their access credentials confidential. Interference with the operation of the website, unauthorized access, malicious code, fraudulent payments, and abuse of promotions or returns are prohibited. Where there are objective indications of unlawful use, Qure may apply reasonable and proportionate protective measures.
05. Product information and images
Qure takes reasonable measures to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the goods. The manufacturer may change the packaging, labeling, or ingredients; Qure updates the information within reasonable limits. Before use, the buyer should read the current labeling and the instructions on the packaging. Minor visual differences do not mean that the goods do not conform to the contract, provided that they do not affect the main characteristics.
06. Cosmetic products, allergies and individual intolerance
Reactions to cosmetic products are individual. Before use, the buyer must read the ingredients, the method of application, and the manufacturer's warnings and restrictions. In the case of known allergies, intolerances, or increased sensitivity, the ingredients should be checked and, if necessary, a specialist should be consulted.
Qure is not liable for individual intolerance, or for an allergic or other individual reaction to a particular ingredient or to a cosmetic product of proper quality, provided that the goods are safe and conform to the contract and to the information provided, and the reaction is not caused by a defect, a breach of safety requirements, incorrect or incomplete material information, or any other circumstance for which Qure is responsible by law.
An individual reaction or the absence of a subjectively expected cosmetic result does not in itself mean that a defect exists. Information on the website does not constitute medical advice. This section does not limit mandatory rights in respect of goods that are defective, unsafe, incorrectly labeled, or not in conformity with the contract.
07. Prices and technical errors
Prices are stated in GEL and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. The cost of delivery and other mandatory charges are communicated before the order is finally placed. Qure does not unilaterally change the price of a contract already concluded, except in cases permitted by law.
In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, discount, availability, or other data, Qure may suspend the processing of the order and contact the buyer. No additional amount is charged without a legal basis or the buyer's consent. If performance is impossible and termination of the contract is permitted by law, the amount paid for the unperformed part is refunded.
08. Placing an order and acceptance of the terms
Before finally confirming the order, the buyer is given the opportunity to review the goods, quantity, price, delivery, and other applicable charges. The interface element for finally placing the order must clearly indicate an obligation to pay.
Consent to direct marketing is requested separately, is voluntary, and is not a condition of purchase. Qure may store records of the acceptance of the applicable terms, including the date, time, and version of the documents.
09. Conclusion of the contract and availability of goods
An automatic notification of receipt of the order or of its acceptance for processing does not in itself confirm the availability of the goods and does not mean that the order has been accepted for performance, if this clearly follows from the content of the notification. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment Qure confirms acceptance of the order for performance, unless an earlier moment follows from mandatory legislation, the checkout procedure, or the content of the confirmation.
Adding goods to the cart does not reserve them unless the website expressly states otherwise. If goods are unavailable, Qure notifies the buyer; if payment has been received, the corresponding amount is refunded. Goods are not substituted without the buyer's consent.
10. Payment, foreign cards and installments
Payment is made online by the methods available at checkout. Bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, bank installments, and other displayed methods may be available. Payments may be processed by TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, and other connected providers.
The price is set in GEL. For a foreign payment instrument, the conversion, exchange rate, and fees may be determined by the issuing bank or the payment system; Qure does not set or control them. This does not reduce the amount that Qure is required to refund by law.
In the case of installments, the decision on approval, limit, rate, fees, schedule, and other terms is made by the relevant bank or financial institution.
11. Authorization, saved card and payment security
A temporary hold on an amount does not always mean that Qure has finally received the payment. If a payment is declined, cancelled, or not confirmed by the provider, the order is deemed unpaid until it is properly confirmed.
Where the card-saving function is available, it may operate through a token or other identifier of the payment provider. Where full card details and the CVV/CVC are processed directly in the provider's secure environment, Qure does not receive or store them.
Where there are objective indications of fraud, Qure may temporarily suspend processing for the period reasonably necessary for verification. Qure does not request a PIN code, CVV/CVC, or internet banking password.
12. Delivery and passing of risk
Delivery is carried out within Georgia. Methods, costs, restrictions, and estimated delivery times are communicated before the order is placed.
If the goods are delivered by a carrier engaged or offered by Qure, handing the goods over to the carrier does not transfer the risk to the buyer and does not terminate Qure's liability to the buyer. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes only when the goods are actually received by the buyer or by a third party designated by the buyer who is not the carrier.
In the event of a problem with a carrier engaged or offered by Qure, the buyer contacts Qure directly, and Qure settles matters with the carrier itself. Qure may not require the buyer to settle a dispute with such a carrier on their own as a condition for exercising rights against Qure. If the buyer has independently engaged a carrier not offered by Qure, the risk passes in the manner established by law.
13. Receipt of the order and failed delivery
Upon receipt, it is recommended to check the external integrity of the shipping packaging. The absence of a photograph of the damage does not in itself deprive the buyer of mandatory rights.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the absence of the recipient, the impossibility of contacting the recipient, or other circumstances directly caused by the buyer, the order may be returned to Qure. In cases permitted by law, the buyer may bear the actual and reasonable additional costs of redelivery, provided that they have been properly disclosed.
14. Withdrawal from a distance contract and sealed cosmetics
Where the relevant chapter of the legislation on distance contracts applies, the buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. The detailed procedure is set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
The right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply in the case provided for by law where the goods were delivered hermetically sealed, were unsealed after delivery, and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. The mere fact that the goods are cosmetic does not automatically make them non-returnable. This exception does not limit rights in respect of defective or unsafe goods.
15. Refunds and defective goods
The return and refund procedure is set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. In the event of a lawful withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping if Qure informed the buyer of this in advance and did not agree to bear them itself. The initial delivery cost is refunded to the extent provided for by law; the additional charge for a more expensive delivery method compared with the cheapest standard delivery method may not be refunded in cases provided for by law.
Qure must deliver goods that conform to the contract. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the buyer may use the remedies provided for by law. Opening the packaging or using the goods does not in itself deprive the buyer of mandatory rights in respect of defective or unsafe goods.
16. Promotions, gifts and gift cards
The terms of a promotion are communicated together with the offer and do not limit the consumer's mandatory rights. The consequences of returning a gift are determined by the terms of the promotion and by law. If Qure introduces gift cards or certificates, separate terms will be published before sales begin.
17. Intellectual property and third-party services
Rights to the website elements and original materials belonging to Qure are owned by Qure or are used on a lawful basis. Brand trademarks belong to their respective right holders.
Qure may use banks, payment providers, courier companies, hosting, CRM, and other services. The use of a third-party service does not release Qure from its obligations to the buyer to the extent that the law imposes the obligation on Qure.
18. Liability
Qure is liable for breach of its obligations in the cases and to the extent provided for by law. To the extent permitted by law, Qure is not liable for consequences caused solely by knowingly false information provided by the buyer, use of the goods contrary to the instructions, an individual reaction to proper and safe goods, or actions of third parties beyond Qure's control, unless the relevant risk is placed on Qure by law. No provision excludes liability that may not be excluded or limited by law.
19. Personal data and direct marketing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Accepting the Terms or placing an order does not constitute consent in all cases of processing.
Direct marketing is carried out only where the consent required by law has been obtained. Consent is requested separately, is not pre-selected, and is not a condition of purchase. Service messages concerning the fulfillment of an order, payment, delivery, security, a return, or a claim are not considered marketing merely because of the channel used.
20. Changes, inquiries and governing law
Qure may update the Terms, but a new version does not apply retroactively in a way that worsens the terms of a contract already concluded or limits rights already acquired, unless otherwise provided by law.
Inquiries: Email example@qure.ge, phone +995 555 12 34 56. These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. The buyer may use the administrative, out-of-court, and judicial remedies provided for by law.
